1: Is using a "tool" like the X-Ray texture pack okay?
Using any type of performance enhancing hack or subsequent use or profiting usage from these clients that add-on to the original minecraft game would never be condoned by me. Where as I cannot personally stop hacking since I have no power on the subject, I can refuse the urge to follow the herd that think hacking is the only way to get by in a minecraft server. However, this will not stop me from ignoring hacking attempts, rather it will allow me to tell the moderators who is hacking.
2: Describe in a couple of words what a "moon hole" is (in terms of minecraft) - what should you do about them?
I am not familiar with this term, it could be from my relative noobish knowledge of the entire minecraft game as a whole but I'm sure a moon hole cannot be good.
3: What should you do when you chop down a tree?
If a sapling drops from the leaves I would have to replant it properly so that it can grow naturally. If I have bonemeal, I would probably use it on the tree. I usually take the saplings I have, make a tree farm and farm directly from that so I don't have to destroy the forest in search of materials.
4: How do you report suspicious server activity?
Through either the Admins, the Mods that are currently active or through the website itself. It doesn't matter the way I post the activity, so long as it is investigated and thoroughly checked over.
5: How did you find out about the server? If another user referred you, put their IGN here (the user must send a private message confirming your referral).
I found it on the server listings on the internet using a search engine.
6: Why should you be approved - what can you add to the server?
I shouldn't be added to the server based on my opinion alone, it should be an impartial judgement using a third party to read over what I've written down. Rather I should be evaluated, interrogated and asked questions that would allow the one with the authority to give whitelisting to show that I am worth something. I am a fast learner, though I require some guidance on most serves since each has unique building grounds, rules and plots that cannot be disturbed lest I be banned.

Regardless, this is my white list application, I'm sure I won't have to wait long for a respone.
