1: No, it is most certaintly not.
2: It is when a single or multiple chunks have not loaded completely and it appears as if you would fall out of the world. You should just avoid them and/or report them to an administrator.
3: You should chop it down completely as well a remove all of the leaves and then finally replant the tree.
4: You should report any suspicious server behavior to an administrator of official of the server.
5: I Google searched "Vanilla Minecraft Servers" and this one stuck out to me.
6: I think that I should be approved because I do not grief and do not use mods. I make interesting creations and complex redstone machiniery. I love playing by vanilla rules and hope to become part of this server's community.
