Question 1-Integrity Check-Three Sentances

I have chosen the "Don't flood" rule.

Why did you choose this rule?
I can't lie, it was near the top, so after reading the rules it was the one I gravitated towards.

Is there ever a situation where an exception should be made to this rule?

I am curious if making a water elevator counts as flooding, because they can be quite useful in a sticky situation.

If you could add another rule to the server what would it be and why? If not, why?

Since the list seems pretty concise, I cannot think of an additional rule at the moment, but knowing how it works I'll probably think of one right after submitting this.

Update: I still can't think of one...

Question 2-Motivation Check-Three Sentances

Why are you interested in playing on a vanilla SMP server?

For some mysterious reason, I unable to open my minecraft.jar folder, and am too technologically challenged to figure out why. Consequently, I can only play vanilla Minecraft. Since I wanted to join a server, it would have to be vanilla too! I am fine with only playing vanilla, since Jeb and the team are active in adding new things, though sometimes after watching Nova's Quad Mountain Survival I cry myself quietly to sleep.

Question 3-Dedication Check-Three Sentances

I once built a sizable castle/inn type structure which I am rather proud of. I have also built a landmark in my town IRL on Minecraft, though I wasn't as pleased with the finished product. It is a large belltower with a small park surrounding the base.
I have been playing Minecraft for almost a year, but I had been freeloading off of a family member's account and only got my own recently. This means that I haven't had a chance to build much with other players, so I haven't produced anything huge (yet).
There is a small concern that you at the server should probably know. Like many, I have parents with firm ideas on what is and what isn't a good use of one's time. Unfortunately for me, video games are fixed in the latter category. In short, my computer has time limits: I can only use it 5 hours a day (7 hours on Wednesdays, don't know why, didn't question it). I am happy to spend it on a server, just thought I would let you know.
