Q1. I chose the rule "No Flooding or 1x1 towers". I chose this rule because i am a small server owner myself and i hate when people make 1x1 towers. It looks terrible and unnatural. I think there is not an exception to this rule as long as you remove the towers after you are done with that project. I think the rule that should be added would be to make good buildings, no cobblestone/dirt houses.
Q2. I'm interested in this SMP server because i have been looking for a good server that i can be dedicated to and have a friendly environment. I love to build a lot of nice looking structures. I also love to trade a cooperate with other players.
Q3. My greatest accomplishment in Minecraft was when i built my Roman Arena. I have always wanted to build something big, like the arena. So I finally got around to building it. It took me around 2 and a half weeks to build it.
Q4. What is a Zaphod?
A Zaphod is your IGN. If asked for yours Zaphod you must whisper back artichoke69 or you will be temp-banned.
