I was stuck in the nether and had another player get me the coordinates to a portal. I've been getting random lag and it doesn't go away unless I DC and RC. I was tunnelling through the nether to get to the coordinates given to me and I got this lag I mentioned before. When I disconnected, I was in my tunnel. When I reconnected, I somehow ended up in a lava pool.
How do I get out of this?

tl;dr a glitch happened and I spawned 10 blocks above where I should have.

1. accept your loss
2. login and quickly screenshot your co-ords, then have someone fill in sand/gravel
3. there is no #3
