If it's restricted to simply WorldEdit functions, laying aside any vanillaness issues one might be having, its a pretty fair deal, gettin to move buildings and flatten tings and such for a short time.

Even if there are two votes on "yes" over "no", that still isn't enough to pass - until an option has >= ~75%, nothing is done.
Also, you don't play on the server, so...
