complete reset and ill come back. reset the nether as well, only central hub should be recreated, not the portals headed out of it.

To get this all cleared up, what we have discussed is, major and important builds will be carried over, if its just your house, probably not. More community like builds will be brought over via mcedit or world edit. If you try to sneak in a chest of your items into the NetherHub which will be brought over, you will have it all disposed and probably a temp ban in my opinion

Awww, so no item transfer? Shame.
Ah well. Maybe I can try a permanent nomad lifestyle, no home, just build stuff randomly all over the place. Permanence I gave up for a long time after the large amounts of enthusiasm for the skipped 1.1 and 1.2 resets, so my "large" build, despite it's size, lacks the depth that I would like it to have.

I'll see how this unfurls and plan accordingly.

I voted yes, while this makes me very sad to see all the hard work ive put in trying to become established on the server erased, i feel that if everyone want's to do it, and if we save things like the nether hub, spawn builds, stuff like that, i can live with being back to nothing again, might as well have a chance at not getting emeralds as well tongue

I voted for a reset. I think carrying over some buildings is a good idea. Items should be reset. That's what I prefer but a full reset is okay also.

No, seriously, I'm halfway done with the batcave, and if we reset the server, it'd be impossible to import it over since it's a cave, and I just acquired a TON of resources. The only way I would approve of a reset is if I could be put in creative and rebuild everything and refund all my stuff back, especially since I've been hoarding supplies for 1.3.

Ofcourse everything will be backed up, the 1.2 world wouldnt be erased, SDM will have it all backed up

I'll tell ya'll what i'd like to see, and that's for everyone to stop making individual demands and requests for there personal stuff, give sdm a break, there's no way that everyone can be pleased, so maybe stop thinking about yourselves and just go with whatever happens.
