Also, as a note to any players considering leaving; I'm tired of hearing it, if you want to leave, please feel free to do so - you don't need to tell everyone, it doesn't help the server, it doesn't make players feel better, it just makes you look bad.

I will be very sad if any of you leave. Before leaving, however, let us know why you are considering leaving; we might be able to fix and improve the server to your liking.

A suggestion born out of all the selfish demands on the 1.3 reset topic.

Perhaps have a disclosure in the server terms for new people that in the event of major server changes like a reset, no one is entitled to refunds of supplies or builds, or transfer of builds. Kind of a build at your own risk thing. And this would only apply to major server deals, not to things like griefs or what not, so that people won't have to worry about an outbreak of griefs.

Here is proof of Deeteekaay hacking. after xraying for diamonds, he built a large ugly house in spawn, and is fly hacking around, as you can see in this pic

Okay... couple things
1. why would i have to xray for diamonds and built a large ugly house in spawn when i can go into creative and built something than a tower of diamonds?
2. why would i fly hack around when i can, just saying, go into creative?
3. how is this evidence of me hacking when its just a picture of a diamond building and a photo of irashi?
4. if you're gonna try to frame me for hacking, atleast do a better job photoshopping, please.. i would rather be banned from a legit one then this shitty mess
so yeah no hard feelings smile

Omfg I am so late seeing this but talking one look at that picture made me crack up so hard. Okay. So he builds a random ass building in creative mod on his single player then grabs a picture he knows has Dee in it and randomly crops on of them out hoping it is Dee and apparently now "Dee" can stand on the side of nether brick fences! I mean look! How is that even CLOSE to flying? Or standing on the side of blocks like the whole world got tilted? And you can EASILY see the 10 pixels of grass and sky from the contest build!? OMFG This was so dumb it cracks me up I am still laughing at this!

who ever wrote that sign at spawn town hall and broke shans piston door, you better fucking quit it. Griefing isnt funny and its just wasting time. Honestly if you're gonna do stuff to the server, just leave. Griefers arent wanted

On the first day i was on this server deetakay went to my house to see if i was a cheater because i told him i found dia tools inside one of the kit starter chests. When he used the lb tool to see if i was telling the truth ( i was ) he then returned to my house using tp then placed a block in the air and started spawning hundreds of chickens on it using creative. I only just found out this is a violation of the moderator rules so i thought i would just post this. In conclusion i honestly didnt appreciate the hundreds of chickens in my home and running around outside.

P.S.S i also saw him flying around in dia armour today not sure if he is allowed to do that or not, but im just throwing it in.

If you were so upset about the chickens why didn't you complain sooner. Not knowing isn't an excuse. And when ops are on patrol to check for griefing/griefers, flying is permitted, so long as creative isn't used for personal builds or spawning items. I think the real question is, why do you have something against dtk? Why would you just now file a report against him when the first incident happened so long ago? You may have not known back then ops aren't supposed to spawn in mobs on players, but that doesn't stop you from inquiring about it.

In the future, be more promo about reporting things like this.
