This is a pretty big question, but I was wondering - who, generally, is everyone's favorite video card chipset manufacturer? I've always, without exception, been an ATI guy, until the AMD merger, and my first Nvidia 8800 GTS. Who is yours?

Weak, the 4870 is much better than the 260 - why buy Nvidia?

I have no real determining reason to like one over the other. I've had both cards and they performed their hearts out. Only reason I picked Nvidia is because I had an x800 get dust melted in it because it got trapped in enclosed areas and died on me.

Yeah, the balance of video card power usually changes every two years.
