Hello, My name is IrashiHeart77 in-game but you can just call me Shane. Is using X-ray okay? That is a common-sense question of course it isn't okay. Has anyone ever said it is? A moon-hole is a hole in the ground caused by creeper explosion, just fill them back up with what ever they destroyed whether it be dirt, sand, or someone's house. If you aren't clearing an area for whatever reason re-plant the trees so that more wood is available for other players. If some "suspicious activity" is going on post  it via the forum and/or take a screenshot. I was bored so I "googled" for a server and found a good one. I am a MineCraft-veteran.  I have been playing long before it got big. I am a practiced miner (I have can fill double chests with resources, although I will limit my intake on this server to leave some for other players.). Also I have a passion for building and my practice doing so has made me an amazing builder, I love to get on the technical side of MineCraft with huge redstone contraptions and EXP Farms (Don't worry, they won't lag the server or take spawn rates away). 1: No, A "tool" like X-ray is cheating and 100% prohibited
2: A moonhole is a creeper explosion. Patch it up with whatever block it destroyed if you can't lead it into water
3: When chopping down a tree (unless you are clearing an area) replant and destroy all the logs.
4: If you see suspicious activity report it via the forum.
5: I simply googled a MineCraft server, but I have been scanning the forums and decided this is a good server for me
6: I an experienced MineCrafter... been playing long since it really got big. I completely understand redstone whether it is a automatic wheat farm or a machine that knows the difference between night and day, I can make it. I also can make VERY appealing building exteriors. I plan to invest a lot of time into this server and want to help it grow.
